US Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Senior Recruiter to support our US‑based clients in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for leadership, management, and executive positions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Pakistan while engaging with US candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US‑based roles, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with US clients and hiring managers to define hiring needs and position requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Leverage the company’s candidate database, ATS, and CRM to identify qualified talent.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence research across target industries.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit, experience, and compensation expectations.
• Present shortlists and recommendations to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records and activity logs in recruitment systems.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on US recruitment experience, preferably with executive and senior‑level hires.
• Native‑level English speaking ability and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build credibility with US clients and candidates.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
