User Acquisition (UA) Specialist - Mobile Games

About the role

HR Navigator is hiring a User Acquisition (UA) Specialist for mobile games in Lahore, Pakistan, on a hybrid basis (6 PM to 10 PM). The role covers planning, launching and optimising UA campaigns, analysing performance and scaling profitable campaigns. Experience of 3+ years is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.
• Run campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords), Mintegral and AppLovin.
• Monitor CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV.
• Test and optimise ad creatives, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Optimize campaigns to lower CPI and raise ROAS, and scale high-performing campaigns while keeping them profitable.
• Analyse performance, report regularly and give actionable insights.
• Work with the creative team on new ad concepts and creatives.
• Monitor budgets and allocate ad spend efficiently.
• Stay up to date on mobile gaming UA trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Hands-on mobile game UA experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience running campaigns on Google Ads, Mintegral and AppLovin.
• Experience scaling mobile game campaigns profitably.
• Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills; able to work independently and take ownership.
• Preferred: managing significant monthly UA budgets, working with several games or studios, and knowledge of AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Salary range: 150k to 200k.
