Vehicle Tracking Officer – On‑site (Karachi)

About the role

FM Logistic is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Tracking Officer to join its on‑site team in Karachi. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of the company’s fleet by monitoring GPS platforms and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage vehicle tracking systems and GPS platforms in real time.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to guarantee timely vehicle movements.
• Log vehicle data and operational records using ERP software.
• Respond to tracking alerts, investigate exceptions, and report incidents.
• Prepare routine tracking reports and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in vehicle tracking or logistics operations (fresh candidates with relevant exposure may be considered).
• Working knowledge of ERP software.
• Familiarity with GPS/vehicle tracking platforms and monitoring tools.
• Basic reporting and incident‑management experience.
