About the role
Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner operating since 2006 and part of TAG Group, is looking for a Vendor Registration & RFQ Executive to independently manage vendor onboarding and RFQ/tender response processes across its target accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue vendor registration opportunities across corporate, institutional and government portals
- Prepare complete registration submissions in line with client requirements
- Lead the preparation of RFQ and tender responses, coordinating pricing and technical input from internal teams
- Track submission deadlines and follow up on registration and RFQ status
- Maintain relationships with procurement contacts at registered accounts
- Flag new RFQ and tender opportunities as they arise
Required profile
- 2-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or B2B business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field
Required skills
- Strong documentation and compliance-handling skills
- Experience preparing RFQ and tender responses
