Verification Officer – Customer Verification (On‑site)

About the role

The Verification Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer information and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that accurate records are available in the CRM system for each customer.
• Confirm and validate documents such as CNIC, income proofs, contact details, and other KYC/CDD elements.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls using verification scripts to validate information for mobile installment plans.
• Identify potential fraud indicators, escalate suspicious cases, and report them to the Line Manager.
• Support sales conversion by completing verification efficiently, aiming for a maximum turnaround time of 30 minutes.
• Educate customers on BNPL terms, payment schedules, product delivery, and device usage policies.
• Maintain compliance with credit/financing policies and SOPs, and reduce application discrepancies.
• Perform after‑sale follow‑up, record feedback, and provide regular reporting to the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum six months of banking experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for verification tasks.
