Vice President Marketing Strategy

About the role

The Vice President Marketing Strategy is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. It leads the overall marketing vision, builds integrated marketing programs and aligns marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market plans and define digital strategy
• Oversee customer acquisition campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and product teams to identify market opportunities and optimise marketing investments
• Analyse performance metrics and mentor marketing team members
• Manage external agencies and partners and ensure compliance with regional and company guidelines

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in market planning and marketing, including strategic campaign development and market analysis
• Proficiency in digital strategy and integrated marketing to design and run omnichannel initiatives
• Strong background in customer acquisition, with experience managing lead generation, conversion and retention programs
• Proven leadership in senior marketing roles, preferably in real estate or related industries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable working on-site in Karachi and collaborating across geographies and cultures
