Virtual Administrative & Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Virtual Administrative & Support Assistant to join our growing team on a full‑time basis. This remote position supports day‑to‑day business operations, requiring ownership, clear communication, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inboxes, triage emails, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communicate with subcontractors, follow up, coordinate tasks, and keep projects moving forward.
• Perform financial reconciliations and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records.
• Prepare weekly reports for management review.
• Occasionally support customer‑service interactions, including handling damage and insurance claim correspondence.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook – both desktop and online versions).
• Previous experience in an admin, operations, or support role.
• Customer‑service background is a plus.
• Available to work 9 am–5 pm EST.
• Highly independent and effective at managing own time.
