Virtual Assistant (Amazon, eBay & Shopify Specialist)

About the role
Elite Technology is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage its e‑commerce operations across Amazon, eBay and Shopify. The role is on‑site in Karachi and requires night‑shift availability to support global sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay and Shopify.
- Handle inventory management, order processing and coordination with third‑party logistics (3PL).
- Manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) operations.
- Provide customer support and monitor account health metrics.
- Ensure timely communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon, eBay and Shopify platforms.
- Familiarity with FBA, FBM and 3PL workflows.
- Ability to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
- On‑site presence in Karachi.
