Virtual Assistant and Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant & Sales Representative to support daily administrative operations, communicate with potential clients, and assist with sales activities. The role requires strong written and verbal English skills and a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage emails, messages, schedules, and other daily administrative tasks.
• Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Identify leads, follow up with prospects, and generate sales opportunities.
• Present company services, respond to inquiries, and maintain client records in the CRM.
• Assist with lead generation, sales outreach, appointment scheduling, and basic reporting.

Required profile

• Confident English communication, both written and spoken.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Available to work six days a week, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with one day off.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using email, messaging, and scheduling tools.
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and client interactions.
