Virtual Assistant - Guest Support & Operations

About the role

Aria Property Management manages short-term rentals across the US and is looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to act as the frontline contact for guests and the operational bridge between guests, cleaners, contractors and on-site teams. The role is remote; candidates must be based in Lahore for on-site training if required.

Key responsibilities

• Guest communications: handle incoming messages and calls, assist with bookings, check-ins, access instructions and special requests, and escalate urgent issues to team leads.
• Reviews and quality assurance: monitor and share guest reviews, and run quality checks on active listings to keep marketing details accurate.
• Cleaning and turnover coordination: work with cleaning teams via WhatsApp and Slack, manage early check-in and late checkout requests, and relay cleanliness feedback.
• Maintenance and contractor scheduling: report damage, file claims, schedule seasonal contractors (snow removal, landscaping, plumbing, electrical) and coordinate snow plow operators.
• Administration and compliance: register guests with local HOAs, monitor electricity rates, handle quarterly state tax filings, and manage supply inventory with the Head Cleaner.
• SOPs: use property management software, channel managers and automated messaging tools, and build and refine standard operating procedures with AI and video tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or virtual assistance.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Reliable remote workstation with verified backup internet and power sources.
• Preferred: prior experience in short-term rental management (Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, etc.).

• Pay of $400-500 basic plus up to $150 performance-based incentive.
