About the role

GRQ Holdings is seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support multiple departments across the company. The role is remote and involves handling a variety of tasks based on daily priorities.

Key responsibilities

Customer support via WhatsApp and other channels
Order processing, confirmation, and follow‑ups
Product uploads and Shopify store management
Online research and competitor analysis
Data entry and spreadsheet management
Preparing reports and updating company databases
Supporting operations, sales, and marketing teams
Following up on pending tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
General administrative duties

Required profile

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Strong written and spoken English
Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and online systems
Reliable internet connection and computer access
Ability to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
