About the role
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our US‑based operations from our Lahore office. The role involves handling administrative tasks, customer interactions, and coordination duties while working on‑site during US night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat and internal platforms with clear, professional communication.
- Manage calendars, schedules, task lists and coordinate with internal teams or service vendors.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, update spreadsheets, booking sheets and project trackers.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on tasks, issues and progress.
- Assist in resolving recurring operational issues and contribute ideas to streamline workflows.
- Help update SOPs and internal guidelines.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, admin support or operations assistant.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently or within a team.
- Punctual and reliable for on‑site work during US timing (7 PM – 4 AM PKT).
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Comfortable using various online tools.
