Virtual Sales Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to join Ignis Agency’s remote team. In this role you will support our sales operations by handling customer inquiries, generating leads and maintaining accurate records, all while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in English via online channels and provide timely support.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification of prospects.
• Maintain and update customer records and interaction histories in CRM systems.
• Perform administrative tasks such as follow‑ups, scheduling, and preparing sales documentation.
• Participate in training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales and customer support.
• Strong ability to generate and qualify leads.
• Experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant.
