Volunteer – Training and Coaching Support

About the role

Neural Nexus is seeking a full‑time on‑site volunteer in Punjab, Pakistan to support its training and coaching programs. The role involves assisting with session preparation, participant coordination, and basic administrative tasks, providing valuable exposure to coaching, training, and mental‑health support environments.

Key responsibilities

• Help organize workshops and training sessions.
• Manage learning materials and maintain participant records.
• Provide front‑line support during trainings and events.
• Assist with outreach activities, including communication with potential participants.
• Support social‑media and community‑engagement initiatives under supervision.

Required profile

• Interest in coaching, training, personal development, or mental‑health support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
• Basic organizational abilities such as document management, scheduling, and record‑keeping.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Punjab, Pakistan.
• Previous volunteer or community‑engagement experience is a plus.
• Relevant education or coursework in psychology, education, social sciences, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
