About the role
The Admissions & Timetabling Officer will manage the full admissions cycle, maintain student records, and create academic timetables for the Islamabad Support & Liaison Office of a UK‑based higher education institution.
Key responsibilities
- Handle admissions enquiries, process applications, verify documents and follow up with applicants.
- Maintain student records using SMS/SITS and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare academic timetables, class schedules, intake structures and allocate classrooms.
- Coordinate student progression, module allocation, induction and class assignments.
- Liaise with Admissions, Exams & Registry, academic departments and UK‑based teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, academic administration, timetabling or student services.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with SMS/SITS or other student information systems.
