About the role
We are seeking an experienced Walmart Account Manager to take full ownership of our Walmart Marketplace seller account. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and compliance across all aspects of the account.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Walmart seller account on a daily basis, including inventory, pricing, and order processing.
- Research and identify profitable products, analysing demand, competition, pricing, and margins.
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings to maximise visibility and conversion.
- Monitor account health metrics, resolve policy or performance issues, and ensure ongoing compliance with Walmart guidelines.
- Handle customer communications, returns, and case management.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts.
- Strong analytical skills for product hunting and profit analysis.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for account outcomes.
- Result‑oriented mindset focused on generating profit.
