Warehouse Executive – Fulfillment Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to lead in‑house fulfillment operations for a portfolio of e‑commerce brands in Karachi. The role oversees the full warehouse cycle, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring efficient order processing and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, pick‑and‑pack, and dispatch.
• Oversee inventory and SKU tagging across multiple brands.
• Coordinate quality‑control activities with the supply‑chain team.
• Handle courier management and meet daily dispatch targets.
• Process Return‑to‑Origin (RTO) and recovery workflows.
• Supervise warehouse executives and dispatch staff.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
