Warehouse Incharge – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse In‑charge to manage the safe, accurate and efficient handling of raw materials, packaging supplies, finished goods and related documentation for a cosmetics manufacturer in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates of inventory transactions.
• Organise warehouse locations using labeling, bin control and stock rotation practices.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality and distribution teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain a clean, secure and orderly warehouse while enforcing safety procedures.
• Prepare routine warehouse reports and maintain documentation for receiving, issuing, transfers and dispatch.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• Ability to work closely with production, procurement, quality and distribution teams.
• Strong attention to accurate inventory records and variance investigation.
