Warehouse Manager – Fashion & Garment Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and store operations within a fast‑growing fashion and garment manufacturing business. You will ensure efficient inventory flow, accurate stock records, and seamless material movement across the production lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished garments.
• Maintain precise inventory records and reconcile physical stock with ERP data.
• Monitor material movement through all production stages and coordinate with production and design teams based on Bill of Materials.
• Organise warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, issue slips, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Generate regular inventory, aging, and replenishment reports for management.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
• Background in textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Odoo preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and record‑keeping abilities.
• Effective leadership and team supervision skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
