Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehouse and distribution operations within the territory, overseeing finished goods, raw materials, and fleet logistics in line with the Coca‑Cola Quality system. The role supports planning, operations and sales to meet key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop layout and infrastructure for raw material, finished goods and general items warehouses.
• Manage efficient handling of raw materials, coordinate with procurement and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
• Prepare departmental budgets and drive continuous efficiency.
• Oversee forklift fleet and other assets, ensuring safe operation and optimal fuel consumption.
• Manage suppliers, service providers and 3PL partners to maximise service levels.
• Control warehouse operations to minimise overheads and overtime.
• Train and develop warehouse staff while maintaining minimal headcount.
• Handle inventory management of glass, shells, raw materials, finished goods and empty stocks across plant and sales centres.
• Supervise plant warehouse and sales centre operations, including stock transfers and shipping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution management.
• Strong budgeting and supplier management capabilities.
