About the role
We are looking for a remote‑first Web Developer to build and maintain AI‑enhanced backend systems and web applications. You will work with a distributed team and a lead developer to deliver production‑focused projects within a private infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support backend services and web applications.
- Leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, and Manus to accelerate development.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain multiple websites on a private infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the lead developer and remote team, following instructions and meeting deadlines.
- Continuously improve development workflows and ensure high‑quality, polished deliverables.
Required profile
- Proven experience in web development and backend programming.
- Comfortable working remotely with own setup and able to handle rotation shifts.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and strong communication skills in English.
Required skills
- JavaScript
- PHP
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Manus)
