Web Growth Developer (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a US‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Web Growth Developer to build and optimise high‑performing, lead‑generating websites for home‑service businesses. The role combines front‑end development, technical SEO and performance optimisation, with full ownership from build to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise high‑converting websites and landing pages end‑to‑end.
• Implement technical SEO, site‑speed improvements and Core Web Vitals enhancements.
• Set up and validate tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking).
• Manage CRM and automation integrations, form routing, site migrations and clean deployments.
• Run QA checks to ensure correct launch and optimal performance.
• Continuously analyse site performance and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing and technical tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with custom WordPress builds and modern front‑end development.
• Proven experience working in a digital‑marketing agency environment.
• Familiarity with the home‑service industry is a plus.
• Fast, proactive and execution‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working fully remote within US EST business hours.

• WordPress custom development.
• Page‑builder tools such as Breakdance and Elementor.
• Technical SEO and structured site architecture.
• Site‑speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals.
• Analytics implementation (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixel and call‑tracking setup).
• CRM and automation tool integrations, form workflow management.
• Front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Use of AI‑assisted development tools.
