Webflow Developer – Build High‑Performance Websites

About the role

Melior ITS is looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to design and develop high‑performing, visually engaging, conversion‑focused websites. The role is onsite in Islamabad and involves close collaboration with design, marketing and SEO teams to deliver responsive, scalable web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user‑friendly, conversion‑optimized websites using Webflow.
• Convert Figma and design mockups into pixel‑perfect Webflow pages.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionality.
• Create interactive animations with GSAP, Lottie and Webflow interactions.
• Ensure websites meet WCAG accessibility standards and perform well on all devices.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and SEO teams to improve UX and performance.
• Optimize load speed, SEO structure and call‑to‑action placement.
• Integrate analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, GTM and HubSpot.
• Monitor performance using analytics and user feedback, and update existing sites as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on Webflow development experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
