Website Developer – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a Website Developer to join our Rawalpindi office and build responsive, secure web applications. The position reports to the Technical Lead and works within an agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy front‑end and back‑end components using modern frameworks and server technologies.
• Implement responsive UI, ensure cross‑browser compatibility and follow accessibility best practices.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases and third‑party services while maintaining secure data handling.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, profile page load times and optimise server responses.
• Follow Git version‑control workflows, write documentation and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
• Apply secure coding practices, patch vulnerabilities and manage site security configurations.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and at least one front‑end library (React, Vue or Angular).
• Experience with server‑side development using PHP (Laravel) or Node.js/Express.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL optimisation.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, JSON data exchange and third‑party API integration.
• Comfortable with Git version control, branching, pull‑requests and code reviews.
• Good grasp of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, input validation, authentication) and secure deployment practices.
• Ability to work in an agile/scrum environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
