Workforce Screener (COVID-19 Screening) – Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a Workforce Screener to manage the entry screening of visitors and patients at our facility in Karachi. The role focuses on preventing the spread of COVID‑19 by verifying health status and completing required documentation before entry.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and patients, answering inquiries related to entry procedures.
• Complete and maintain screening forms for each individual, recording health information accurately.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Field Supervisor and assist in resolving field‑related problems.
• Submit weekly progress reports to the Field Supervisor and track ongoing tasks.
• Maintain a balanced workflow, ensuring all screening duties are performed efficiently.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate education level.
• 1–2 years of field experience, preferably in a health‑related or security environment.
• Strong communication and flexibility to adapt to changing protocols.
