Zoho CRM & Odoo Developer

About the role

Zavior Tech is an Odoo ERP and AI automation company serving clients in the UAE and beyond, building practical CRM, ERP and automation solutions. It is growing its development team in Lahore and is looking for a hands-on developer to join the office. The role involves customizing, integrating and automating business systems for clients, working alongside the technical team from requirement gathering to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM (modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, custom functions)
• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting)
• Write custom scripts and functions using Deluge (Zoho) and Python (Odoo)
• Integrate Zoho/Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks
• Build automations to reduce manual and repetitive work
• Turn client requirements into working technical solutions
• Test, debug and support deployed solutions
• Prepare basic technical documentation

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and/or Odoo; experience in both is a strong plus
• Good understanding of CRM and business processes (sales, leads, invoicing)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Deluge scripting and/or Python
• REST APIs, JSON and webhooks
• Basic SQL/PostgreSQL
• Nice to have: Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books or Zoho Analytics; Odoo module development (Python, XML views, QWeb); n8n, Make.com or Zapier; JavaScript basics; interest in AI agents and LLM-based automation; Zoho or Odoo certifications
