Zonal Sales Manager – Mobile Accessories

About the role

The Zonal Sales Manager will lead the mobile accessories business for the Peshawar zone, working remotely with frequent travel across the territory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail networks, and ensuring the brand gains market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales targets and KPIs for the Peshawar zone.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and retail partners.
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
• Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
• Oversee stock management, timely collections, and accurate sales forecasting.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory or zonal sales management, preferably in telecom or mobile accessories.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and hold a valid driving licence.
• Leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
