Zoom Host & HR Receptionist

About the role

Cloud Rexpo Pvt Ltd is looking for a tech‑savvy professional to manage both virtual Zoom sessions and the physical front desk. The role blends HR support with real‑time meeting coordination, ensuring smooth interviews, onboarding, and client calls while greeting visitors in person.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage all corporate Zoom meetings, configure waiting rooms, security settings, recordings, and breakout rooms, and troubleshoot audio/video issues on the spot.
• Admit candidates, introduce HR panels, and maintain accurate session logs and secure recordings.
• Greet candidates, clients, and vendors at the reception, verify interview schedules, distribute application forms, and keep the reception area tidy.
• Screen, route, and log incoming calls, update visitor logs, and assist in preparing interview packs or onboarding kits.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a front‑desk, reception, or customer‑facing role; HR or recruitment coordination experience is a plus.
• Minimum Intermediate education (FA/FSc); a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Proven experience with Zoom host controls, breakout rooms, and backend settings.
• Basic troubleshooting of audio, video, and network issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
