3D Visualizer – Architectural Visualization

About the role

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to create photorealistic architectural renderings and animations that support our marketing initiatives. The role involves turning design concepts into high‑quality visual assets for both interior and exterior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of large‑scale architectural projects, covering both exterior and interior spaces.
• Model buildings, landscapes, and related elements using Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Set up cameras, compose scenes, and produce high‑resolution still images, panoramas, and video clips for print, web, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to integrate 3D visuals into marketing campaigns.
• Iterate visualizations based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve realism and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in architectural visualization or marketing.
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, composition, and storytelling principles.
• Excellent eye for detail with the ability to produce realistic textures, lighting, and shading.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural visualizations and animations.
