Operations Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore and is responsible for overseeing daily operations at Future Designz. The Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency, manages resources and workflows, and aligns activities with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve performance targets.
• Optimize operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall organizational performance.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process optimization, resource management, and workflow improvement.
• Strong project management, team leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in operational planning, financial tracking, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the design or construction industry is a plus.
