Account Executive - Pest Control Sales

About the role

SS Corporation Pest Control is hiring an Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The role identifies and develops new business, manages existing client accounts and promotes pest management services to residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, and follow up to close sales
• Conduct client meetings and site visits, and prepare proposals and quotations
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with operations and technical teams for timely service delivery
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service offerings
• Take part in marketing or outreach activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Achieve sales targets

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales, business development and account management skills, able to meet and exceed targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple accounts and schedules
• Basic understanding of pest control services, with the ability to learn technical concepts and explain them to customers
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and conduct field visits
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant experience in service-based sales highly beneficial
