Account Manager, Gaming and Apps, Large Customer Sales (Urdu, English)

About the role

Google is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth for gaming studios and app publishers in Pakistan. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping mobile‑first clients acquire users and scale globally using Google’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and influence key stakeholders at gaming studios and app publishers to define user‑acquisition goals and translate them into App campaign strategies.
• Optimize campaigns for Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Lifetime Value (LTV) while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and present business impact to maintain strong account hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or digital media sales.
• Fluent in English and Urdu to serve Urdu‑speaking customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Experience with mobile app ecosystem, gaming industry, or app monetization.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and performance marketing, including user‑acquisition strategies and app install campaigns.
• Familiarity with metrics such as CPI, ROAS and LTV.
