Account Manager – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our North‑American clients. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will guide clients through onboarding, deliver regular performance updates and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our internal marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls via Zoom, set up and verify access to Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and domain hosting platforms.
• Collect client assets, create GoHighLevel CRM sub‑accounts, and configure email forwarding.
• Schedule and lead weekly check‑in calls during the first month of each engagement.
• Send weekly performance summaries, manage client communication on Slack and WhatsApp, and coordinate with media buyers, funnel developers and video editors.
• Maintain internal trackers, master documents and task sheets in real time.
• Assist with scheduling content for Keep Generating’s own social media channels and support general admin tasks.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English for daily communication with North‑American clients.
• Strong written communication skills with fast response times.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Shift hours 6 PM – 2 AM PKT to align with North‑American client schedules.
• Competitive salary PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month, dependent on experience.
