Account Manager (TikTok & Walmart)

About the role

eComManagers is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth on TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. The role is office‑based in Jhelum and focuses on managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, and increasing sales performance across these platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of TikTok Shop and/or Walmart Marketplace seller accounts.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, traffic, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies, advertising campaigns, and seasonal plans.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in eCommerce account management, specifically with TikTok Shop or Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in an office environment.
