Accountant – Insurance Industry Specialist

About the role

KAJ Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Accountant with deep knowledge of core accounting principles and specific experience in the insurance sector. You will join a dynamic consulting team that delivers tailored financial solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Handle insurance‑specific financial tasks such as premium reconciliations and commission structures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial information.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide customized accounting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to deliver high‑quality financial support and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience managing high volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management.
