Accounting Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Night Shift

About the role

A finance and accounts team is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Accounting Manager. This is a night-shift position, and only candidates willing to work night shifts will be shortlisted.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core finance functions: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items and fixed asset accounting.
• Analyse periodic reports and support financial and variance analysis.
• Review and reconcile financial data to keep records accurate.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments to records, files and statements.
• Maintain high delivery quality standards and ensure finance work follows established policies.
• Direct, supervise and assist in appraising finance personnel.

Required profile

• ACCA finalist or CA Finalist (article ship completed).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial role.
• US-based accounting experience is mandatory; BPO experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
