Accounts Officer – Receivables & Taxation (Oracle)

About the role

The company is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage receivables, taxation, and invoicing functions within a warehousing environment. The role involves close interaction with clients, internal teams and tax authorities to ensure accurate financial processing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly client inventory reconciliation and customer verification.
• Prepare, enter, compile, copy and dispatch invoices using Oracle.
• Handle CRN/DBN queries raised by customers.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in invoice automation projects with the FMS team.
• Process sales tax data, manage payments, reconcile with the tax department and record final entries.
• Post sales data on the PRA POS system.
• Reconcile general ledger and customer ledgers.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, ACCA or CMA.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the warehousing industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with PRA POS system.
