Accounts Payable Auditor

About the role

The Accounts Payable Auditor will be based at K3 Agro Solutions' head office in Kasur, supporting financial control and ensuring the accuracy of payable transactions. This role focuses on maintaining cost-effective operations and strong supplier relationships within the agricultural business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, credit notes, and supplier statements.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items with vendors.
• Prepare payment runs, secure necessary approvals and supporting documentation, and coordinate execution with payment channels.
• Conduct periodic audits of payable records, verifying vendor contracts, purchase orders, and receiving documents for compliance.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to payables and accruals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts payable processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing procedures for payables and accruals.
• Strong numeric accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, procurement, stores, and operations teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ethical handling of confidential financial data and adherence to internal controls.
