Accounts Payable Executive

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join its Finance and Accounts team. You will ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintain compliance, and support financial reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring they are supported by purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and other documentation.
• Perform three‑way matching of purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and supplier invoices.
• Prepare and maintain vendor payment schedules and process payments via bank transfers, cheques, or other authorized methods.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers, vendor master data, and supplier account records.
• Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal departments.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and expense accruals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Effective communication and vendor coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
