Administration Officer

About the role

The Administration Officer will ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations across telecommunications, fleet management and vendor coordination. This role supports budgeting, issue resolution and overall operational efficiency within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate cellular communication services, including SIM issuance, blocking and replacement.
• Handle monthly telecom billing, usage reconciliation and related reporting.
• Maintain fleet master data, vehicle documentation and support fleet‑related processes.
• Process SAP purchase requisitions (PRs) and service entry sheets (SES) for administrative activities.
• Coordinate agreement renewals, vendor follow‑ups and contract administration.
• Resolve telecommunication and general administrative support issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
