Admission Executive – Student Recruitment

About the role

Riphah International University is seeking an Admission Executive to strengthen its student recruitment efforts in Lahore. The role involves guiding prospective students and their families through academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and campus facilities, ensuring a smooth and informed decision‑making process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, parents, faculty, and internal departments via phone, email, social media, WhatsApp, and online portals.
• Provide detailed information on programs, tuition, scholarships, career pathways, and campus resources.
• Collect, verify, and securely maintain admission documents in compliance with university policies.
• Coordinate admission activities such as tests, interviews, open houses, and education expos.
• Prepare and analyse regular admission reports and update management on recruitment metrics.
• Follow up persistently with leads to maximise conversion and enrollment numbers.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in student recruitment or admissions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of academic curricula, eligibility criteria, and admission policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, finance, academic, and registrar departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using enrollment management platforms.
