Admissions & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Admissions & Marketing Manager will lead the design and execution of student recruitment, admissions, outreach and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets. This role ensures a seamless prospective‑student experience from first inquiry through enrollment while reinforcing Ignition Pro’s mission to develop future entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual recruitment strategies and intake‑wise plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to enrollment, and monitor conversion rates.
• Oversee admissions counselling, maintain accurate CRM records, and produce forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Design and run integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, email marketing and paid ads.
• Coordinate with external agencies, ensure brand consistency, and create promotional collateral.
• Build and nurture partnerships with schools, colleges, career counsellors, corporate organisations and entrepreneurial networks.
• Plan and execute open days, information sessions, campus tours and other recruitment events.
• Analyse admissions and marketing data, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Lead and supervise admissions officers and recruitment staff.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented professional with proven experience in student recruitment and admissions.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and brand management.
• Leadership experience supervising a team of admissions and recruitment staff.
• Ability to analyse data, produce reports and make data‑driven decisions.
