Student Operations Associate

About the role

Edversity is seeking a highly organized Student Operations Associate to manage the end‑to‑end student journey after enrollment. The role involves onboarding, cohort communication, instructor coordination, LMS management, and payment follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard students by verifying enrollment, payment status, adding them to WhatsApp groups and learning platforms, and sharing schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain cohort sheets, track attendance, send reminders, and follow up with absent or inactive students.
• Coordinate with instructors to confirm availability, share class links, collect resources, and monitor punctuality.
• Manage LMS and portal records, upload recordings and assignments, and resolve basic access issues.
• Track fee payments, send installment reminders, verify payments with Sales and Finance, and prepare reports on dues and recoveries.
• Collect student feedback after sessions, maintain daily operation trackers, and prepare weekly cohort updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences).
• Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Excellent follow‑up, coordination, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and online learning tools.
