Ads Campaign Intern

About the role

Madtech Digital is a technology and marketing company offering web development, custom software and digital marketing services. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Ads Campaign Intern in the Karachi Division. The intern helps plan, launch and monitor online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media and other digital channels, working alongside senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic keyword and audience research
• Help create ad copy and simple creatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to optimise campaigns
• Support A/B testing and learn performance marketing best practices

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing, online advertising and performance-based campaigns
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing concepts (impressions, CTR, conversions)
• Simple research and data analysis to support campaign optimisation
• Good written communication for ad copy and short content
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and deadlines
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, email and task management tools
• Willingness to learn Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and similar platforms
