Aesthetic Nurse

About the role

Dr Shay's Wellness Clinic is looking for a skilled Aesthetic Nurse to support safe, high-quality cosmetic and skin-care services at its Islamabad clinic. The nurse contributes to a welcoming patient experience, follows clinical protocols and works closely with the practitioner to deliver treatments suited to each patient's needs. This is an on-site clinical role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and supplies according to hygiene and infection-control standards.
• Assist with aesthetic procedures and provide nursing care within the scope of training and clinic protocols.
• Conduct patient intake, document information and support pre-treatment and aftercare guidance.
• Monitor patients during and after treatments, identify concerns and escalate adverse reactions to the supervising practitioner.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and manage supplies properly.
• Explain treatment processes and aftercare clearly so patients feel informed and comfortable.

Required profile

• Registered with PNC.
• Valid nursing knowledge and ability to provide care within professional scope and clinic protocols.
• Relevant clinic experience is an advantage.
• Strong patient assessment, observation and documentation skills, including recognition and escalation of complications.
• Clear, empathetic communication and commitment to patient confidentiality, informed consent and ethical practice.
• Organised, calm and reliable, with a polished, patient-focused manner.

Required skills

• Infection prevention, aseptic technique and clinical hygiene.
• Safe handling of equipment.
• Confidence assisting with aesthetic or dermatological treatments.

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 40,000 to 60,000.
• Incentive bonus.
