After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Service Engineer will work on‑site in Lahore, providing technical support and field service for Green Electrical Bikes' electric bicycles. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues on electric bikes.
• Perform preventive maintenance, component replacement, and repairs on site and at customer locations.
• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in‑person visits, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
• Document service activities, report recurring problems to engineering and production teams, and suggest product or process improvements.
• Collaborate regularly with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a positive post‑sales experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong troubleshooting ability for EV‑related electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Experience in field service, on‑site customer support, and handling service calls.
• Ability to work independently, travel for field visits, and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
