About the role
The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with agencies that provide live streaming services, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies in live streaming services.
- Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets.
- Monitor agency performance and address issues constructively to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to potential agencies, promote company services, and establish new partnerships to expand the customer base.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Urdu & English as working languages; relevant industry experience preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong service mindset and accountability.
- Good understanding and communication skills.
Required skills
- Fluency in Urdu and English.
