Agile Coach

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan's first digital bank, is looking for an Agile Coach. The role drives the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using agile best practices and ensures timely project delivery. It also coaches the team and stakeholders to adopt an agile mindset and applies agile methodology across the SDLC.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and manage ongoing project processes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Foster a self-organising, high-performing team culture through servant leadership and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments, protect the team from external interference and maintain a sustainable pace
• Drive agile transformation across teams, departments and programs
• Help build the Agile Center of Excellence, including standards, templates, playbooks and governance
• Perform risk and gap analysis on quarterly committed projects and support risk and compliance management
• Build a culture of agility and innovation, align large-scale initiatives and act as a change agent for Lean thinking

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Agile delivery / project management experience, preferably in software product development
• Experience in the Fintech / payment wallets domain
• Agile certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred

Required skills

• Practical experience with Agile SDLCs (Scrum, Kanban)
• Project management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
