AI Appointment Setting Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated AI Appointment Setting Representative to join our remote team. The role focuses on selling AI and SEO services to business owners in the United States, handling outreach, qualification, and scheduling of sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling and outreach to prospective US clients.
• Qualify leads according to defined criteria and book high‑quality appointments for sales closers.
• Handle objections and maintain a strong conversion rate from lead to appointment.
• Log all activities, manage follow‑ups, and track outcomes using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling AI, SEO, or digital‑marketing services to US clients.
• Demonstrated success in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work night‑shift hours (Pakistan time).
