AI Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade AI and Generative AI solutions across multiple locations in Pakistan. The role involves translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high‑performance AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI and Generative AI projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Design scalable, secure, and high‑performance AI/ML solution architectures.
• Build and deploy LLM‑powered applications, APIs, and AI services on Azure.
• Create Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector‑database solutions.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure solution quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of AI/ML engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI projects and stakeholder engagement.
